COOCOI offers pet dresses, jackets, hoodies, vests, and clothing for everyday outings and special occasions.
Review each product listing for its size chart, color, care guidance, and included pieces.
Product Photographs
Coordinated human outfits, accessories, and scene props are included only when the product listing expressly states this.
Photography, lighting, and display settings can affect apparent colors. Minor visual differences do not automatically establish a defect, but applicable rights concerning inaccurate descriptions remain available.
Orders & Acceptance
Submitting checkout requests the purchase of the selected products.
An automated confirmation records the order request. Acceptance and fulfillment remain subject to payment authorization, availability, and delivery eligibility.
If we cannot fulfill a paid order, we will contact you and return the amount due for canceled items.
Prices & Errors
Checkout displays the transaction currency and disclosed charges. Prices can change for future purchases.

Fitting, Use & Care
Choose your pet’s size using the individual garment’s chart. Inspect fit before extended wear.
Clothing should allow normal movement and breathing. Remove an outfit if your pet shows discomfort or excessive warmth. Follow the care label.
Decorative pet clothing is not certified restraint or protective equipment unless the product information expressly establishes that use.
Problems With an Order
Contact us about damaged, faulty, missing, incorrectly supplied, or materially misdescribed items.
Provide enough information to identify the purchase and explain the issue. We will investigate and offer the remedy appropriate to the circumstances and applicable consumer law.
